2020 PHOTO CHALLENGE

To inspire us and support our learning, the 2020 Challenge is a year-long project:

  1. Start or continue a “project” – you pick the topic, style, genre, etc.
  2. First photo session, work on your project only in Black & White.
  3. Second session, limit your shots being sure to focus on the technical side and get the settings just right.
  4. Third session, let your creativity reign by taking as many different shots as you want.
  5. Fourth session, shoot at a fixed focal length and see how it effects composition.
  6. Fifth session, use a single aperture and explore how this effects depth of field.

Bring your results to the monthly meetings to share your findings and get feedback from members (if desired). Happy shooting!
